I am pretty laid back, not easily excited or annoyed. I am a kind of a go with the flow person but can lead when the need arises. I have my own mind and will speak it when I feel the need(LOL). But I am not mean or judgmental about it. I do not hold grudges; I see no value in it.

I have lost nearly 200 pounds after gastric bypass and have begun working out at the gym and walking. It would be nice to meet someone who also enjoys these things so we could motivate each other. I had a personal tragedy this month (Younger brother passed) and it has renewed my motivation to get healthier.
