What turns me on these days…travel and adventure on two wheels…along with about 50 other things I haven’t gotten around to trying yet. I figure my bucket list will stop when they bury me!!! The last few years have been about getting to know Canada and the United States…no better way then on a bike. Wandered all over from Gaspe down to the Smoky Mountains, TN. Last summer Wyoming, Montana and Northern Cal. The Haul Road to the Arctic Ocean and then the rest of Alaska the year before. Hoping to make it into the Yukon and North West Territories this summer (I was blown away by the Arctic and need to see more). Hanging out with with the oil workers in Deadhorse AK, eating the best ribs in Tennessee, meeting new people and making new friends…all incredible. I’ve hit that stage in my life where I know exactly where I’m going but no longer need a road map to get me there. I’m happy riding solo or with friends. Either way you’re never alone…there’s always someone new to meet along the way. I have two amazing grown daughters, great and supportive friends and a job that lets me travel. I’m definitely a cup half full kind of guy. Never met a challenge that couldn’t be overcome and always seemed to make me better for it. Don’t care what you ride, Harley, sport bike, adventure bike.
