I’m Renee — a 31-year-old yoga instructor and wellness coach. After my divorce, I lost 100 lbs in the gym and rediscovered myself in the peace and balance of life. While I love the tranquillity of calm moments, I also have a passion for thrills and adventure—whether it’s fast cars, motorcycles, sports, or anything of that nature that gets my heart pumping.
