I don't like things complicated, I like things true and simple, straightforward and to the point. I believe we should love life, enjoy life, but take time to stop and smell the flowers. I like the simple things,

I like riding my motorcycle, long walks, quiet talks, laughter with friends and family and quiet time with those I love.

I love antiques, things that are old, well used, and well made. I collect cookbooks, fine china and porcelain flowers, unicorns, and cats. I have an odd assortment of "this & that", I don't really care if it matches, if I like it, that's all that matters.

I don't drink as a rule, biggest reason I make my living with my license, no way I can afford to lose it. I don't do drugs of any kind, I'm hard pressed to take something for a headache LOL

I like country music, county fairs, barn burner concerts (those are open air, out in the country, bring your own chair concerts), old time rock & roll, campfires & country cookouts. I'm a child of the 70's LOL I'd rather sit with a group of musicians I know, and I know a few, and listen to a good jam session than go out on the town. I like a quiet, simple life. I don't need to go out for dinner, I'd much rather stay at home, cook a good meal & curl up with someone special and watch a good movie or play a game of chess or cards.

I try very hard to live as healthy a lifestyle as possible, but I often find I have little time for exercise, but I do enjoy my walks. My body is battered from years of hard work, I've broken more bones than you can imagine, always have bruises somewhere, and have so many scars on my hands from cuts & scrapes, you'd think they belonged to a labourer. I don't complain, I just need to trade this body off on a newer model with the promise to try not to abuse it so much the next time.
