Ich würde mich selbst beschreiben als

Caring, thoughtful, affectionate, youthful soul, here by way of Chicago, New York and Boston, with the ability to listen well and, on occasion, to get my friends to laugh uproariously. I appreciate manners and civility, look like the pictures posted here, cook, fool around in a garden and work out on a treadmill and a ParaBody 400 home gym. Love walks and bicycle rides, too. I'll go watch someone's kids play sports if I'm invited, but you'll never find me blowing an afternoon watching games on the tube. I believe that the best things in life are unexpected and also believe that the voyage is never over and that that's why getting there is all of the fun. That's why I like hanging out in a downtown cafe on Saturdays speaking French with folks and never knowing in advance what we're going to talk about. Ernestine Anderson was right when she said, "The older you get, the more you know what you like to do with your time. And who you like to do it with." I am long past the fear of being alone. When it comes to events, I don't do loud, smoky or inane. I love to go angling where there are plenty of fish. ;-)

And, of course, I love to ride my 1998 Moto Guzzi V11EV.
