I’m an optimist, and I’ve always been that way. My siblings used to joke that if I couldn’t find the silver lining in a tough situation, then we were doomed!
I see the good in people, and I think a positive perspective is a choice you can make about the way you want to live, and that non-judgmental, unconditional love is a skill you can work on.
I wouldn’t call myself a thrill seeker (I am terrified of heights!), but love being on the back of a motorcycle and dream of going to Sturgis one day. I love the wind in my hair, and learned through experience that the old saying “don’t judge a book by its cover” really applies to men who ride.
I am a big softie with a tough tomboy exterior. I played college basketball on a scholarship, but have a warm, caring, loving, and feminine side. I surprise people sometimes with how girly I actually am, and because I am so bubbly and energetic (people say I remind them of Tigger!) Sometimes people are surprised that I am thoughtful and introspective too. They say it “creeps up on them'' that there’s so much going on inside my head because I’m so gregarious and bubbly. We all have a lot of sides, and like I said, you can’t judge a book by its cover!
Besides my Sturgis dream, I want to travel the world. I would love to spend the night in a castle in Ireland. If I had zero responsibilities and infinite money, I would take care of the needs of the people I love (okay! I guess that’s technically a responsibility!), start an animal shelter (that is kind of a responsibility too, I guess), buy and fix up property in the mountains, and in Tahoe where in the summer I could zip around on my ski boat and in the winter I could play in the snow, then warm up by the fire with toasted marshmallows or a glass of wine. I love going to concerts (I saw Dierks Bentley and ZZ Top before the pandemic lockdown and it was AWESOME), I love museums, I love going to historical places.
I’m excited to meet someone to adventure with me! I’d love to take an archery class or a ballroom dancing class with someone (I have two left feet, but it seems like so much fun!). I love playing darts and board games and I know that my perfect match is out there. The right guy for me will really appreciate all of my different sides, from the silly to the serious to the loving and the adventurous. I have a lot to offer, and I am so excited to share myself with Mr. Right!
I am looking for someone who knows where they are going and are proud of where they've been. You have a good sense of humor, like animals and know how to treat a lady. If your tall thats an awesome plus, and are a safe rider.
