I am a healthy, vivacious and intelligent woman who loves life. Have great energy which is catching...I am on a beautiful journey of health and healing for self and others. I am a professional woman, my expertise is in wellness and detoxification of the body as well as many healing modalities. I am also a Tantra Teacher which is the art of sensuality. My passion is to teach others how to show up fully in their body..to be fully conscious and connected to their truth in every moment. (if I teach this I can remind myself in every moment!) I live and work in Santa Rosa, my hometown of 38 years . I love to travel and experience new places and do that often. I love adventure. I am sincere and kind, and my friends find me a pleasure to be around. I had traveling alot 8 years ago managing health centers in Canada and Texas as well as doing my holistic healing work in Sedona. It is wonderful to have experienced those other places and know my home is truly so very amazing. I feel blessed
