Riding bikes on the beach or in the mountains; stopping off for dinner in an out of the way place or bringing a picnic. I like bonfires, getting together with friends and cooking great food, having a few drinks and watching the sun set and rise. I like simple things.

I think you can best judge a man by the way he treats animals and other living things, including people, who have nothing to offer him. I look for honesty, kindness, men who are non-judgmental and have the fortitude to work through relationship issues or problems. People who jump to conclusions are usually wrong so I tend to be attracted to men who sit down and talk about things that are on his mind. I don't do well with men who abandon ship when it rocks and/or refuses to discuss things with the intention of compromise and talking things through. Life is difficult, things happen and when they do I want someone who is there for the long run. You got my back, I got yours. People don't try to make things work anymore, they just run away jumping from one relationship to another. I prefer men who are loyal, faithful and have the fortitude to face difficulties, not run from them. I tend to believe that lasting relationships are great friendships set on fire. You don't abandon your family and friends when times get tough; real men don't abandon their woman either. I don't cheat and I don't date cheaters; I don't believe in violence and I don't want a man who is violent with me and most of all, I would never leave my ole man in bad times and I don't want one who would abandon me either. I don't do well with weak men so I don't date them. =^)
