I enjoy riding my motorcycle, listening to good music, dancing, long walks, the beach or anywhere near the water.
caring romantic person, was raised to be a southern gentleman so have manners and know how to use them. I really enjoy cooking and do not have a problem cleaning up after myself. Before my divorce I was often home long before my ex, I would have most of the housework done, supper on the stove, laundry almost finished and a glass of wine waiting for her when she walked in the door.

I have one son who is grown and out on his own, he is recently married and they are looking to start a family so hope to be a grandpa one day soon. I love kids, and I have always been really good with them.

I am looking for someone who is just as happy to stay in as they are at going out. My ideal mate is someone who wants to be with me. When she looks across the room and sees me she smiles to herself because she knows she is with me.
I am a bit shy but have a sense of humor and enjoy laughing. I have a sarcastic type of humor that takes some people by surprise. I am very intelligent and love deep meaningful conversations about any subject. I love to learn new things and am a great problem solver.
