Leave early ride to the east coast of fl. watch the sunrise, start back west, play all day (swim, canoe, boat, hike in the wooods, go to Disney, seaworld, or? do what ever would make you hapy! shop at small towns eat lunch where ever, as long as it is quiet and we could talk and get to know each other. At the end of the day ride to the west coast of fl. and watch the sunset with a nice quiet walk on the beach then a quiet dinner.
