Taking a motorcycle ride in the mountains. Once we have met our destination we could have lunch or dinner overlooking the beautiful mountains. Maybe haing a drink or two. Then come down out of the mountains to town. Maybe see one of the live music acts in town. Once the date has ended we could kiss and hopefully we could see each other again. However, if something really magical happened, we could stay the night together and never leave each others arms.
