I believe that building a good, happy, strong and long lasting relationship is based on open communication and trusting each other well enough to share everything about ourselves, including the things we might be ashamed of. By doing this, if we feel comfortable talking and reaching this level of communication, we will have a bigger chance to have found in each other what we need to support, complete and makes each of us strong as single and as a couple.
