I'm a part-time professional poker player (haven't made it onto TV... yet) with a fun sense of humor. I like to listen more than talk. I have broad shoulders and a big teddy-bear personality. I have a flexible 'day job' that permits me to pursue my professional poker player aspirations, but there is plenty of time to be had with the right woman. I enjoy day-trips throughout New England and the tri-state area as well as long weekends elsewhere. I am a big techno-geek as well as a student of politics and history. I'm not an avid television-watcher, but do appreciate a few shows beyond the Sunday morning news shows - such as "CSI", "How I Met Your Mother" and "Without A Trace". I enjoy good movies (especially classics), good wine, board games and doing home improvement projects. I also enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, camping and gardening. I support the local church charitable services and am an elected official as well as the treasurer of a local school board.
I'm looking for a comfortable, compatible, fun, fit, intelligent even if not educated, low-drama kind of woman with a good sense of humor who doesn't mind getting her hands dirty once in a while and won't lose her composure if she breaks a nail. Her idea of 'roughing it outdoors' wouldn't be a five-star hotel... :) I'm impressed by the wit and personality of a woman not the size of her bust (I'll be the guy looking you in the eye... ;).
