Wat zoek je?

I feel lucky to have found you. Kind of excited too. It could be a great beginning of something really wonderful. So I am going to write what I really am looking for. I want someone who can be a positive force in my life. Someone who can contribute to my overall happiness and well-being. I want someone I can really respect and appreciate. I want a guy who is a great father and works hard and sacrifices for his children, wants to always strengthen the family unit and build a bond of pride and joy with his kids - no matter how old they are - with great involvement in their lives. I want a man who is physically strong, and tries to maintain some sort of fitness. I personally struggle with this but would like someone who basically eats right and is staying healthy - to be around for me a long, long time. I want to be able to communicate with him on all issues, where we can both feel we are safe and un-judged. If we argue, I want us to be able to apologize before things escalate and realize it’s probably just irrational and out of a silly situation. I want to go to his social events or family functions, and him, mine, but also I want us to have our own space too. I want to be in his corner every day, so he never feels the world is against him, I want to show my support for whatever he is passionate about and really show him that I value what he values...and the other way around. I want teamwork, security and intimacy in our relationship. I want him to know that I am focused solely on him and that he is my priority. I want to give him confidence, by always offering reassurance and validation in all that he does, because I want that too. I'm involved in a lot of stuff and really need his support. I want to do everything humanly possible to impress on him that he is the driving force behind why I wake up every day.
