New to this, dating now, maybe LTR later

Me describiría a mi mismo como
I reckon I'm a decent, straight, honest biker guy with traditional values. I'm recently widowed, not looking for "quick flings" but interested in dating with maybe LTR later.
I work full time as an engineering consultant for a big company, so I’m solvent and sorted with own house, bikes, etc., and I’ve never done time. I’m just shy of 6 foot tall and would have a full head of hair but I shave it all off these days, and I reckon I’m in decent shape thanks to PT three times a week, plus walking my dog every day.
I ride Harleys (I have several … yes I know, it’s like a disease!) and as well as riding pretty much daily I like to take a trip abroad at least once a year, usually to Germany where I have a fair few friends from other bike clubs; I took a riding holiday in the USA a coupla years back too, and I loved that but it was a lot of money!!
I play in a “classic rock” band, nothing special just pubs and clubs but it gets me out and I enjoy doing it, been doing it on and off for years. I also like target shooting (with rifles), and have done that on and off too over the years.
I’m a Christian, although I dislike the description “religious”, which to me sounds like somebody who washes his car every Sunday (oh yes, I do actually have a car for the odd occasion when it’s needed!) and I probably don’t really fit with most people’s idea of a “conventional Christian” …
I have a son who lives a mile or so away with his GF (and plays drums in my band) and I reckon we have a good relationship; I also have daughter who, sadly, I haven’t seen for years – her choice not mine - along with her husband and three kids.
What kind of lass would I fancy? Well she’d need to be into bikes or it’ll go south really quickly! Apart from that I dunno – cheerful and optimistic is good, relaxed is too, and young-at-heart at least – sorry ladies, but I do find an awful lot of you in my age group just seem to be practicing for when you’re actually old rather than making the best of not being!! Looks? Well, a cute face is a bit of a “in the eye of the beholder” thing, and I’m not fussed about hair colour etc.; it may be seem like a cliché (although I do know a lot of guys who feel very differently to me on this) but I do like a slim/slender lass, I’m not into the “big curves” so to speak! If you like your man to be a few inches taller than you then bear in mind I’m 5 foot 11 inches tall.
Not sure what else to say for now really, maybe leave that to actual conversation …
