Friends First. Then we will see. Update April 4, 2016: Screwed up the left shoulder again. This time it looks like it’s not going to heal. Going to therapy to see if we can get the other muscles in the shoulder to do what the one that I tore off did. This will screw up my riding some. Long trips may be out this year. That sucks. Was going to ride the Tail of the Dragon this year. We will see. Maybe I still will. They don’t need to know. LOL.

U.S. Marine. Partly disabled. I have been on bikes all of my life. I lived in Des Moines Iowa most of my life with 4 years in California. I still make trips to Des Moines to see my kids. I have three kids. All of them live out of state so this makes a few road trips every year. I have always wanted to live at Lake of the Ozarks so in 2004 I sold EVERYTHING and moved. This wasn't the only big change in my life. After I moved my mother wasn't happy that both of her kids lived in Missouri and she was in Iowa. So in late 2005 I moved mom to the lake and into the top floor of my house. This was a very big change in my life. LOL. The good part is she can take care of herself and can watch the house when I’m not here so it all worked out in time. I’m divorced after 17 years and raised the last child by myself with no help from the ex. We lost my sister Jan 2011 after a long fight with complications from a motorcycle accident. She is missed every day. This makes me the only one left for mother so she will be with me until the end. If you can't handle this so be it. I don't believe in putting anyone down or trying to change them. Everyone has the right to live their life their way. I am outside anytime I can be. I camp, fish, hunt, hike, boat, and ride. Because I am a disabled Marine vet I will make all the rides I can for our vets. I have ridden with all types of people. Some are patch members and some others ride metric bikes. Was a patch member of the CVMA for some years. I don’t care what you ride or who you ride with. When you ride with me we all ride with respect of every rider in the group. But I have told a newbie to shut the hell up and listen to the people that have more miles. Hell I still listen to any old road dog that wants to try to teach me something. LOL So let’s stop all the talking and just shut the hell up and ride! If you want to know some more just ask.
