I am only interested in someone who lives AND WORKS in the Calgary vicinity. Someone gainfully employed or semi retired. I do not wish to be with a non drinker but rather someone who enjoys cocktails socially and holds their liquor well. No daily drinkers please or addiction issues of any kind including smoking.

As for the physical, I'd be attracted to someone at least 6 feet tall, masculine, fit, energetic, youthful, well groomed with nice hair and good teeth. I can appreciate a nicely groomed goti/moustache/beard. At least 53 year of age please.

As for things of more depth, I would enjoy someone intelligent, expressive, outgoing, fun loving with good social skills and a kind and pleasant demeanor. Thoughtfulness and compassion not only towards me but other as well are very important. I also value integrity and reliability. I'd appreciate a person who is attentive and expressive about the way he feels. Also confidence and high self-esteem are very attractive qualities.

Big ticket item:

A partner's availability is very meaningful to me. If somebody is out of town often, works out of town or has other obligations that compromise their availability beyond a reasonable degree, that wouldn’t be someone for me. At this stage of life time is too precious to spend it away from those you care deeply for and enjoy being with. When I am close to a man, spending private time with him as well as enjoying social times with friends and family would be among my highest priorities.
