Most think I’m being dishonest when I tell them I’m disabled because I don’t look the part. I consider it a blessing because I now have the ability to serve others, travel, etc without the time constraints I’d have if I was working. Sometimes my life’s truth can be a turn-off. Regardless, I prefer to be upfront because honesty & transparency are key!
As a motorcycle lover, I’ve been a passenger since Daddy put me on his in the late ‘70s. I love to cook & bake. While I generally cook healthy, I can throw down some good ol’ country cookin’ in a skinny minute. I love to go full tilt all girl by dressing up for a night on the town but have no issue throwing on a hat, going sans makeup if you need to make a quick trip to Harbor Freight, one of my favorite stores! I DO NOT CURSE NOR WISH TO HEAR IT, so if you think it’s okay to use foul language or say “they just slip out” then please X me & move on.
I actively serve my church & community. I sing in the praise team. I’d like someone who WANTS to be by my side in worship & service to others. I want my partner to encourage me to be active in serving others as much as I encourage him. I do not believe a Christian should be a prude. Judging is not my place but I am a people watcher so I’ll point out hilarious things when we are out and about. Being perfectly imperfect, I often open my mouth and stupid falls right out so you’ll find me laughing at myself. No self pity or degradation here! I choose JOY!
I’m very tactile so my hand loves to be held, shoulders enjoy an arm around them & if you are the right person, my whole being loves to be cuddled. To me, kissing is more intimate than sex. I love both but there’s so much more connection in a GOOD kiss. FYI: That’s why hookers refuse to kiss their johns…not that I know that from any former job I’ve had & if you learned this info personally, you aren’t the man for me! Lol! I’m allergic to smoke and cats so I can’t be around either. Smoking is nasty & I enjoy breathing so my love for cats had to end. I’m very practical. Ex: I love fresh flowers but refuse to pay the high florist price & wouldn’t want you to either. I’m happy with a store bouquet I can arrange myself. I’m thrifty but not cheap & will pay full price for things but love clearance and thrifting.
I am a homeowner who is financially independent. I carry little debt and prefer someone who brings the same to the table. I am not looking for a man to take care of me financially nor will I float a needy fella! My man is my safe place to fall, one who will love God more than he loves me, as I will do the same. Couples should work towards common goals, desiring to put the other first. No one is perfect but when couples lose sight of these things they become simply 2 existing side by side rather than a couple doing life TOGETHER.
I realize I’ve given quite a wishlist for the person I seek. I am fully aware no one is perfect. Neither am I. Though it may seem as if I am asking for a lot please know that everything I’m asking for I am fully prepared to give to that ONE special man. I make sure the past is resolved prior to reaching out because dating is a very serious first step in finding my forever love. I desire commitment and marriage but no rush because it must begin with a strong friendship which must be tended to lovingly over time if it is to grow. If a friendship could become a deeper, more intense relationship a connection must be felt. Chemistry can not be manufactured. If a connection is evident, that spark can be the start of an amazing, beautiful gift~one I’m prepared to give to the ONE man prepared to do this thing we call life together.

Must be family focused and able to talk with Democrats as well as Republicans without forcing your opinion, keeping it a simple lighthearted conversation. I own my own home and carry very little debt. I’d like someone who brings much of the same to the table.
