I'm a big believer in simple pleasures...laughing with my kids, getting lost on my motorcycle, stopping to take in the beauty in front of me, singing at the top of my lungs with the radio cranked and hanging out with friends who coerce me into crazy adventures. I choose to be up-beat, kind, fun-loving, motivated, strong and occasionally outrageous. I believe the best way to help yourself is to help others.

I have a serious wanderlust! I've been to every state except Alaska, explored Europe and sampled Mexico and Canada.

Even though this sounds like a cliché, I really do enjoy having bonfires in my therapeutic backyard, friends over for bbqs and running around in the rain on a warm summer day. I also like an intimate night with a bottle of wine, great conversation and a serious cribbage challenge.
