Following major surgery it brought home how fragile life can be and that we are only here once and that we should make the most of it. I've subsequently bought myself a few more motorbikes, taken up jiving and generally enjoying myself.
If you fancy s spin on a Harley, then jump on and let's go for a ride (speed is not a priority, I prefer safety). If it's raining or if you prefer I've got the car.

I've got two grown up children, and two young granddaughters.

I'm an ex electronics engineer, ex-serviceman also worked in the oil industry.
I used to work all over the world however I got out of the rat race a while back and bought a shop, which although I enjoy it is not my highest priority, I now work to live, not live to work.

My music tastes are wide and various ranging from Eminem to Vivaldi although I do have a passion for 50's rock n roll as I used to be a guitarist in a group and played all over europe.

I'm reasonably content with my life but there is a gap, (it's nice to hold hands and have a cuddle). I don't have a clingy desperate need for a serious relationship if it happens then that's down to chemistry, if the magic spark is not there then hopefully we can be friends, as I said previously we are only here once, let's enjoy it.

Realistically 20 miles distance is a practical maximum distance although under the right circumstances love has no bounds.....
