Hey. So this is me.......Iam ready to jump into this with both feet and a hopeful heart. I have started a journey to find a place in my life where I can be comfortable in my own skin. I have been going to the gym since January and discovered I am a bit of a gym rat. I love the changes in my body that I am seeing and the way I feel stronger. I spend 3 to 5 days a week working out and even when I get to my end goal, I will still continue to work out. The gym has become my place to worship my body.
