Grew up in Arizona and moved out here from Texas a few years back. In brief, I'm fun, outgoing, will try most anything at least once and great balancing life’s seriousness with quick wit and a well developed sense of humor. Believe in honesty and integrity in what I do and am 100% behind the people I care about- the line from Drops of Jupiter comes to mind here. Love to cook, do a mean BBQ and having a bunch of friends, the kids etc. over to enjoy that with is time well spent in my book. I work out and/or run daily and try to eat from the healthier side of the menu, not to an OCD level about these just like how I feel when I do and would like to meet someone who shares those interests. Could perhaps benefit from meeting someone with the green thumb gene so that my plants have a shot at survival but that's purely a nice to have so not to worry if you don't.

I'll refrain from posting some list of adjectives as that can't really capture what making a connection with someone is about, although sharing some similar interests and approach toward life helps. Will say that I'm looking for the person I can develop a long term relationship with vs just to "date". This doesn't mean I'm that guy who's saying lets get married a week after meeting as that's a wee bit strange but do need to have that one in common (I mean the l.t.r. intent not the being strange part). Truly, just be honest and yourself as that's who I'd like to learn about, from there it comes down common ground, feeliings and chemistry which can only be figured out by meeting. An email is a great start, followed with a call or two and then on to the meeting in person part. To borrow from Jack Sparrow (or Barbosa?), that’s more of a guideline and certainly not the only approach should we need to switch it up a bit.
