I want to make my partner smile even when I'm not with him. I think we shouldn't live in the past and expect the best of the future. I am not offended by a joke and can dish out one of my own. My career is awesome, I am independent but far from being a feminist. I love to laugh and joke around. Despite being very busy, I make it a point to find the time for doing the things I like and spending the time with people who I care about. I value the idea of having standards and standing by your word, even when doing so becomes inconvenient. I very much enjoy running, waking up at 5:30am, rockin' a tune out on my guitar, watching movies in bed, look forward to getting together with friends/family (I prefer intimate settings over large crowds, unless I’m going to see a performing arts event...huge Alberta Ballet and live comedy fan). Aside from that, I really enjoy reading, riding motorbikes, cooking, being outside whether it’s sweating on a beach or walking/running/biking/hiking with my dog, amateur photography, and grabbing my man's derriere. I also have ramped myself up to try a few new things this year such as possibly solo travelling and not working so much!

I like men who have brains, humor and wit, spunk, self-confidence (not narcissism), resilience, strength of character, a willingness to learn, those who have been through some sh-t in life and pushed through it.
